【摘要】 目的:回顾与探讨不典型脑膜瘤的影像表现及误诊原因,进一步提高诊断水平。方法:收集经手术后病理证实为不典型脑膜瘤的患者21例,行CT和(或)MRI平扫及增强检查。结果:钙化脑膜瘤8例,囊性脑膜瘤5例,多发脑膜瘤3例,脑实质内脑膜瘤1例,类血管外皮细胞瘤4例。结论:不典型脑膜瘤虽具有某些与其他类型肿瘤很相似的一部分影像学表现,但仍然具有一定的典型的影像学特征。这就需要我们找到最重要的诊断关键点,同时要了解和掌握不典型脑膜瘤可能具有的某些影像表现,借以提高对不典型脑膜瘤的诊断准确率,减少或避免误诊的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Retrospective study of imaging manifestations and causes of misdiagnosis of atypical meningiomas, Further Improvement of Diagnostic Level.
