【摘要】 目的:探究利用掌上医务通提高烧伤科室教学查房效果研究。方法 :医务通APP是我院正在手机界面使用的病人信息资料APP,该系统借用全院无线WIFI和手机安卓系统上网功能,可以快速查阅病人病史资料,包括病史、病程记录、手术记录及与手术相关表格记录,病人TPR,各种化验检查,还可以将每次化验的同一项目结果直接形成曲线图,以便于动态观察和分析病情变化。我们在2018年5～8月借用该APP系统在笔者单位烧伤科ICU中30次与2018年1～4月未引进该系统30次常规纸质病例查房,针对上述资料调阅时间,以及查房效率和效果进行比较。结果:无论从病例调阅时间、调阅主要化验项目时间以及调阅某指标动态变化时间比较,采用医务通APP都要比常规纸质病例短的多,从而将多出的时间用在老师和学生的互动时间,因此互动时间也显著增加,学生对知识的掌握也显著提升。结论:利用掌上医务通APP进行教学查房,可以显著提升烧伤科的查房效率和效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of handheld medical service on improving the effect of teaching ward rounds in burn department. Method: Medical Access APP is a patient information data APP used in the mobile phone interface of our hospital. The system can quickly check patients’ history data, including medical history, disease record, surgical record, surgery relevant table records, patients TPR, and various laboratory tests through connecting WIFI of the hospital or Internet function of Android system. The project results for each test can also be directly formed a graph in order to dynamically observe and analyze the changes in the condition. 30 copies of routine paper patient rounds from May to August in 2018 in the ICU of Burns department in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University and 30 copies from January to April were borrowed from the APP system. Room efficiency is compared. Results: Regardless of the time from the case, the time of accessing main test items, and the time of dynamic change of an index, the use of the Medical Access APP was much shorter than the regular paper case, thus saving more time on the interaction between teachers and students, and students’ mastery of knowledge has also improved significantly. Conclusion: Handheld Medical Service app can significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of teaching ward round in Burns Department.更多还原
