表面薄膜改性酸性集料沥青混合料的改性工艺及应用
Modification Technology and Application of Surface Film Modified Acidic Aggregate Asphalt Mixture
【摘要】 为了研究集料表面薄膜改性工艺对沥青混合料路用性能的改善效果和工程适用性,介绍了适用于实体工程的表面薄膜改性工艺,并在广佛江快速通道江门段铺筑了试验段,通过现场取样,对芯样进行室内试验评价。结果表明,经改性后的沥青混合料,其抗水损害能力、高温稳定性、低温性能等各项路用性能均有较好的提升。同时,利用路面3D雷达检测、无核密度仪、铺砂法、摆式摩擦等检测技术,对路面性能进行长期监测,试验段施工均匀性良好,改性工艺具有推广和应用价值。
【Abstract】 In order to study the improvement effect and engineering applicability of aggregate surface film modification technology on asphalt mixture pavement performance,surface film modification technology suitable for physical engineering was introduced,and a test section in Jiangmen section of Guangfo Expressway was paved. Through field sampling,the core samples were evaluated in laboratory. The results show that the pavement performance of the modified asphalt mixture,such as water damage resistance,high temperature stability and low temperature performance,has been improved. At the same time,the pavement performance is monitored for a long time by using3 D radar detection,nuclear-free densimeter,sand laying method and pendulum friction detection technology. The uniformity of construction in the test section is excellent,and the modification technology has the value of popularization and application.
