火箭动力系统试车台结构受力特性

【摘要】 针对火箭动力系统试车台结构系统复杂、冲击荷载作用时间长的特点,运用大型有限元程序ANSYS,建立了试车台整体结构模型,研究了试车台结构在火箭发动机推力冲击荷载下的受力特性。结果表明,试车台结构动力系数与火箭推力荷载上升时间t0和结构自振周期T的比值密切相关,当比值趋近于0时,动力系数最大值为2. 0;当比值大于0且不超过1. 0时,动力系数从2. 0~1. 0递减;当比值大于1. 0时,动力系数介于1. 0~1. 2。

【Abstract】 Based on the characteristics of complex structure system and long time of impact load for rocket power system test stand,the whole structure model of test stand was established by using large-scale finite element program ANSYS,and the dynamic characteristics of test stand structure under thrust impact load of rocket engine were studied. The results have shown that the dynamic coefficients of the test stand structure are closely related to the ratio of the rocket thrust load rise time to the structure natural vibration period T. When this ratio approaches 0,the maximum dynamic coefficient is 2. 0. When this ratio is greater than 0 and no more than 1. 0,the dynamic coefficient decreases from 2. 0 to 1. 0. When this ratio is greater than 1. 0,the dynamic coefficient is between 1. 0 and 1. 2.
