基于高分一号影像的深圳市黑臭水体遥感识别

【摘要】 城市黑臭水体空间分布的精准识别对准确和全面治理黑臭水体具有重要意义。针对当前黑臭水体遥感识别主要的模型算法,包括单波段法、差值法、比值法、黑臭水体模型判别指数法(HCI),结合地面试验测量数据对其进行阈值修正,从修订后的算法中选取精度最高的差值算法对2017年深圳市黑臭水体空间分布进行识别并计算识别精度。结果表明:深圳市建成区内共识别黑臭河段26条,总长度128. 409 km。深圳市黑臭水体主要分布在宝安区和龙岗区,且宝安区数量大于龙岗区。其中,宝安区的黑臭水体长度为100. 789 km,占该区水体的25. 92%;龙岗区的长度为27. 620 km,占该区水体的22. 04%。黑臭水体遥感识别在城市黑臭水体识别中具有较高的应用价值,为城市黑臭水体整治提供技术与数据支撑。

【Abstract】 Accurate identification of spatial distribution of urban black-odor water bodies is of great significance for accurate and comprehensive treatment of black-odor water bodies. Aiming at the main model algorithm of current black-odor water bodies remote sensing recognition,including single band method,difference method,ratio method,discriminant index method for black-odor water bodies( HCI),and combined with the ground test data to revise the threshold. The highest precision difference algorithm is selected from the revised algorithm to identify the spatial distribution of the Shenzhen black-odor water bodies in 2017 and calculate the accuracy of the recognition.The results show that: 26 black-odor river sections are identified in the built-up area of Shenzhen and the entire length is 128. 409 km. The black-odor water bodies in Shenzhen are mainly distributed in Baoan and Longgang District,and the quantity of Baoan District is larger than that of Longgang. Among them,the length of black-odor water bodies is 100. 789 km in Baoan District,accounting for 25. 92% of the total water bodies in the area. The length of the Longgang District is 27. 620 km,accounting for 22. 04% of the water bodies in the area. Remote sensing identification of black-odor water has a high application value in the identification of urban black-odor water,which provides technical and data support for the treatment of urban black-odor water.
