基于应力吸收层的“白改黑”路面温度应力有限元分析

【摘要】 研究改性沥青混合料应力吸收层在"白改黑"路面结构中的受力状态,对于其材料组成设计具有指导意义。根据弹性层状理论体系,采用Abaqus工程模拟有限元软件建立基于应力吸收层的"白改黑"路面三维有限元模型,对比分析直接加铺方案与设应力吸收层方案,分析低温条件下降温幅度、应力吸收层厚度及模量、基础模量变化对加铺层结构温度应力的影响。分析结果显示:应力吸收层在低温条件下,随着降温幅度的增加应力集中现象越明显;模量增加,层底温度应力增大,为减缓反射裂缝的产生和扩展,应力吸收层厚度在3 cm左右较为适宜。

【Abstract】 The stress state of the modified asphalt mixture stress absorption layer in the structure of "white to black"pavement is of guiding significance to its material composition design. According to the elastic layer theory system,using Abaqus engineering simulation finite element software to establish a three-dimensional finite element model of white modified black pavement based on the stress absorption layer,the results of the direct paving scheme and the stress absorption layer scheme were analyzed and compared. The effects of the change of cooling range,thickness and modulus of stress absorbing layer and base modulus on temperature stress of pavement structure under low temperature were analyzed. The results indicate that the stress concentration is more obvious with the increase of cooling range under low temperature condition. When the modulus increases,the temperature stress at the bottom increases. In order to slow down the generation and expansion of reflection cracks,the thickness of the stress absorption layer around 3 cm is more appropriate.
