【摘要】 我国政治体制、市场环境的特殊性影响了重大工程组织模式在时间和空间维度上的多样性分布。论文从制度逻辑视角研究了重大工程组织域中中央政府、地方政府、市场、社会等主体的制度逻辑,给出了组织模式形成过程中多重制度逻辑作用关系。论文采用案例研究方法,收集改革开放以来我国具有典型代表性的27座长大桥梁的数据,结合不同时期相关政策文件,分析了我国不同历史阶段和东、中、西部地区投融资模式与管理模式的多样性与多重制度逻辑间作用关系的动态关联路径,建立了制度逻辑与组织模式的结构关系模型。研究结果解释了我国重大工程组织模式多样性存在的合理性,对于不同地区开展组织模式设计或创新有一定参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese institutional and economic contexts lead to diversity of organization modes in megaprojects.Based on the theory of institutional logic,the paper analyzes the institutional logic of central government,local government;market,society in megaprojects’ organizational filed,and proposes the interaction relationship of multiple institutional logic as organizational modes forming.The paper uses the case study method to collect the data of 27 representative large scale bridges in China since the Reforming and Opening,and analyzes the dynamic mechanism among the diversity of financing modes,construction management modes and interaction of multiple institutional logics in different historical stages and eastern,central and western regions in China.On this basis,the paper forms a structural relationship model of organizational field-institutional logic-organizational mode.The results explain the rationality of the diversity of megaprojects’ organization modes in China,and have certain reference value for designing or predicting new organizational modes in the future.更多还原
