【摘要】 浦东新区镇级园区现状和资源禀赋存在差异,需要分类转型。高桥、高行、祝桥等镇级园区向生产性服务业转型;曹路、合庆、新场、高东等镇级园区作为浦东发展制造业的最后基地,应保留并升级既有制造业;康桥、张江、唐镇、周浦、三林等镇级园区位于或紧邻张江科学城,转型方向为张江科学城科创成果产业化的辐射地和承接地;川沙、老港、宣桥和航头镇级园区由于纳入上海市城市总体规划战略留白区域,目前维持现状,以开发利用存量空间为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are differences in the present situation and resource endowment of township parks in Pudong New area,which need classification transformation.The town-level parks such as Gaoqiao,Gaoxing and Zhuqiao will be transformed into a productive service industry;as the final base for developing manufacturing industry in Pudong,town-level parks such as Cao Lu,Heqing,Xinchang and Gaodong should retain and upgrade the existing manufacturing industry;Kangqiao,Zhangjiang,Tangzhen,Zhoupu and Sanlin and other town-level parks are located in or close to Zhangjiang Science City,the transformation direction should be the radiation and bearing ground for the industrialization of scientific achievements of Zhangjiang Science City;Chuansha,Laogang,Xuanqiao and Hangtou town-level parks are included in the strategic blank area of Shanghai’s urban master plan,the current situation should be maintained,the development and utilization of the stock space should be the main focus.更多还原
