【摘要】 劳动力流动是推动产业结构升级的重要因素,为了检验劳动力流动对产业结构升级的影响,本文从理论方面阐述了劳动力流动通过人力资本积累效应和消费需求效应影响产业结构升级的内在机理,通过构建多维产业升级指标并运用中国2002—2016年省级面板数据进行了实证研究。结果显示,劳动力流动通过人力资本积累效应和消费需求效应促进产业结构高级化、抑制第三产业内部升级的中介效应显著。劳动力流动对产业结构整体升级的作用不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Labor mobility is an important factor to promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure. In order to test the influence of labor mobility on industrial structure upgrading, this paper analyzed the internal mechanism of labor force cross-regional mobility that can effect the upgrading of industrial structure through the effects of human capital accumulation and consumer demand. It also conducted an empirical research through constructing the multi-dimensional industrial upgrading indicators and using provincial panel data of China from 2002 to 2016. The results show that labor mobility promotes the advanced industrial structure and restrains the internal upgrading of the service industry through the effects of human capital accumulation and the consumption demand. The effect of labor mobility on the overall upgrading of industrial structure is not obvious.更多还原
