某10000级生物安全实验室的节能优化分析
Energy-Saving Optimized Analysis on Class 10000 Bio-safety Lab
【摘要】 利用Airpak软件模拟分析了体积为6.8 m×3.1 m×2.8 m的某10000级洁净室中污染物的浓度及温湿度,并对照测试结果分析了模拟结果的可靠性;其模拟结果表明,在改变室内送风状态点的情况时,室内的最佳换气次数为18次/h,在不考虑改变室内送风状态点的情况下,室内的最佳换气次数为22次/h;其完全可以在规范要求的范围内通过降低换气次数降低洁净室的能耗。
【Abstract】 Airpak was used to simulate and analyze the concentration and temperature humidity of pollutants in a class10000 clean room with a volume of 6.8 m× 3.1 m× 2.8 m, and the reliability of the simulation results was compared and analyzed. The simulation results show that the optimal ventilation rate is 18 times/h when changing the indoor air supply status, and 22 times/h when not considering changing the indoor air supply status. It can completely reduce the energy consumption of the clean room by reducing the number of air changes within the scope required by the specification.
