高速主轴参数化设计研究

【摘要】 为了缩短高速主轴的研发周期,提高相同类型零部件的设计效率,对高速主轴进行多变量全方位关联的三维参数化设计。以高速主轴为设计对象,以UG10.0为设计平台,运用现代数字化设计方法建立高速主轴智能三维参数化模型。结合UG PLM和UG二次开发的优缺点,分别建立高速主轴参数化设计人机交互界面、高速主轴一键有限元分析宏命令和用户操作菜单。对高速主轴进行参数化设计,提高了高速主轴的设计效率,并为同类产品的研发提供了一种智能高效的设计方法。

【Abstract】 In order to shorten the development cycle of the high-speed spindle and improve the design efficiency of the same type of component, a multi-variable all-orientation three-dimensional parametric design of the high-speed spindle was carried out. Taking the high-speed spindle as the design object and UG10.0 as the design platform, the paper applied the modern digital design method to establish intelligent three-dimensional parametric model of the high-speed spindle. In combination with the advantages and disadvantages of UG PLM and secondary development of UG, it respectively established the human-computer interaction interface of the parametric design system of the high-speed spindle, one-key finite element analysis macro command of the high-speed spindle and user operation menu. The parametric design of the high-speed spindle enhanced the design efficiency of the high-speed spindle, and offered an intelligent and efficient design method for the development of the similar product.
