【Abstract】 Root canal system of mandibular first molar is very complicated. A mandibular first molar with four canals in distal root was considered to be a rare anatomical variant. This article described successful endodontic therapy of mandibular first molar with four distal canals reported for the first time in Chinese population.更多还原
