Toll样受体9(TLR9)及其在自身免疫性疾病发生发展中作用的研究进展
Toll like Receptor 9(TLR9) and its Role in Development of Autoimmune Diseases
【摘要】 Toll样受体9 (TLR9)是一种模式识别受体,通过识别病毒和细菌上未甲基化的胞嘧啶-磷酸-鸟嘧啶(CpG DNA)基序,激活信号通路,引发固有免疫应答和适应性免疫应答。越来越多的研究表明TLR9的激活在自身免疫性疾病的发生发展中发挥重要作用。本文总结了近年来TLR9通路在各种自身免疫性疾病中的研究进展,为寻找治疗自身免疫性疾病的新靶点提供依据。
【Abstract】 Toll-like receptor 9(TLR9) is a pattern recognition receptor that activates signaling pathway by identifying the unmethylated Cytosine-phosphate-cytosine(CpG DNA) motifs of viruses and bacteria, triggering both innate and adaptive immune responses. More studies have shown that activation of TLR9 plays an important role in the occurrence and develop-ment of autoimmune diseases. This review summarizes the research progress of TLR9 pathway in various autoimmune dis-eases in recent years, providing evidence for searching the new targets for the treatment of autoimmune diseases.
