【摘要】 目的探究与分析HPV DNA含量及血清、分泌物MMP在宫颈癌患者中的表达及对预后的反应价值。方法选取2016年6月至2018年7月期间的90例宫颈癌为观察组,同期的90例健康者为对照组。检测与比较2组的HPV DNA含量及血清、分泌物MMP指标,比较观察组中不同分期、分化程度及淋巴结转移情况者的表达水平。结果观察组的HPV DNA含量及血清、分泌物MMP指标表达水平均高于对照组,且观察组中不同分期、分化程度及淋巴结转移情况者的表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HPV DNA含量及血清、分泌物MMP在宫颈癌患者中呈现高表达状态,且对预后的反应价值较高,因此在宫颈癌患者中具有较高的临床检测意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the expression of HPV DNA content,serum and secretion MMP in the patients with cervical cancer and response value for the prognosis. Methods 90 patients with cervical cancer from June 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the observation group,90 healthy women at the same time were selected as the control group.Then the HPV DNA content,serum and secretion MMP of two groups were detected and compared,and the expression levels of observation group with different stages,degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis were compared. Results The HPV DNA content,serum and secretion MMP of observation group were higher than those of the control group,the expression levels of the observation group with different stages. Degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis were compared,and there were all statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of HPV DNA content, serum and secretion MMP in the patients with cervical cancer show higher expression states,and the response values for the prognosis are higher,so its clinical detection significance in the patients with cervical cancer is high.更多还原
