笋兰化学成分的研究(英文)

【摘要】 目的研究笋兰化学成分,发现其活性成分。方法笋兰乙酸乙酯提取、硅胶柱层析和Sephadex LH-20柱层析进行分离纯化,波谱分析(核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、和质谱)确定结构。结果从该药用植物花乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为:stigmasterol (1), batatasin III (2), hircinol (3), scoparone (4),3,5,4’-trihydroxy-3’-methoxy-bibenzyl (5),β-sitosterol (6), 3,7-dihydroxy-2,4-dimethoxyphenanthrene (7)。结论化合物4为首次从本植物中分离得到。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical constituents from the herbs of Thunia alba and find its bioactive compounds.Me thods The compounds were extracted by ethyl acetate and isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis(1 H NMR,13 CNMR and EIMS). Re s ults Seven compouds were obtained and identified as stigmasterol(1), batatasin III(2), hircinol(3),scoparone(4), 3,5,4’-trihydroxy-3’-methoxybibenzyl(5), β-sitosterol(6), 3,7-dihydroxy-2,4-dimethoxyphenanthrene(7). Conclus ion Compound 4 was isolated from the herbs for the first time.
