【摘要】 目的了解护理人员医院感染防控能力现状,为成都西部医联体护理队伍感染防控体系建设提供参考。方法自制调查问卷,并结合世界卫生组织手卫生观察表,2016年5月至2018年8月期间,对成都西部医联体护理人员进行问卷调查收集相关数据。结果不同级别医疗机构护理人员在手卫生执行方面(χ~2=36.688,P<0.001)、手卫生正确情况方面(χ~2=25.868,P<0.001)差异有统计学意义,不同级别医疗机构护理人员标准预防(χ~2=29.523,P<0.001)、职业暴露处置(Z=-9.554,P<0.001)、参加院外院感防控知识培训(χ~2=289.608,P<0.001)、医院感染防控体系(χ~2=21.202,P<0.001)、医疗垃圾管理(Z=7.189,P=0.046),医疗机构护理人员与患者之间(χ~2=4.201,P=0.040)具有统计学差异,不同级别医疗机构与患者之间(χ~2=0.052,P=0.820)、医疗机构信息系统(χ~2=2.028,P=0.154)差异具有统计学意义。结论成都西部医联体医疗机构护理人员医院感染防控能力水平参差不齐,总体水平较低,医疗机构之间缺乏院感防控体系协作机制,医疗机构需要加大对护理人员医院感染防控知识培训,主管部门应加大医联体内部院感防控体系建设的投入,整合内部资源,为医联体健康快速发展提供保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the current status of hospital infection prevention and control capacity of nursing staff, to provide reference to construction of infection control system of Western Chengdu Medical Association Nursing Team. Methods The nursing staff were investigated using the WHO hand hygiene scale and the homemade questionnaire between May 2016 and August 2018,and relevant data were collected. Results The data showed statistical differences in nursing staff hand hygiene(χ~2= 36.688,P <0.001)、 Hand Hygiene Correct Rate of Nursing Staff(χ~2= 25.868, P <0.001)、 standard prevention(χ~2= 29.523, P <0.001)、 treatment of occupational exposure(Z=-9.554,P<0.001)、training in hospital prevention and control(χ~2= 289.608,P<0.001)、hospital infection control system(χ~2= 21.202,P<0.001)、management of medical waste(Z = 7.189,P = 0.046)、health care providers and patients(χ~2= 4.201,P = 0.040) in different levels of medical institutions.There were no statistical differences in medical institutions and patients in medical institutions and patients(χ~2=0.052,P =0.820))、medical institution information system(χ~2= 2.028,P =0.154) different levels of medical institutions,etc. Conclus ions The levels of hospital infection prevention and control capabilities of nursing staff of the Western Medical Association of Chengdu Medical Institutions are not even, and the overall level is low. There is a lack in coordination mechanism among medical institutions for hospital infection prevention and control systems.There is a need to increase knowledge training on the prevention and control of hospital infection among nursing personnel in medical institutions. Then the investment should be increased in the construction of the hospital infection control system,the internal resources integration, and it is necessary to provide guarantees for the healthy and rapid development of the medical association.更多还原
