【摘要】 目的对城市肺癌高危人群进行筛查,予以早期干预和治疗,从而降低肺癌的发病率和死亡率。方法根据云南省癌症早诊早治项目方案,选取昆明市城区三区(西山区、官渡区、呈贡区)作为项目实施地区。通过问卷调查和高危人群模型筛选出筛查人群,使用低剂量螺旋CT进行检查。结果 2014年10月至2017年10月共计问卷调查127 960人,共计筛出肺癌高危人群23 843人,占全部筛查总人数的18.6%,完成低剂量CT筛查7 154人,发现疑似肺癌34例,检出率0.47%。结论低剂量螺旋CT能提高肺癌早期检出率,60岁以上人群患病风险高于其他年龄,建议其每年进行一次低剂量螺旋CT检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To reduce the incidence and mortality of lung cancer,by screening the high-risk population for lung cancer in urban areas,and to give early intervention and treatment. Me thods According to the project plan of early diagnosis and treatment of cancer in Yunnan province,we selected three districts in Kunming(Xi-Shan. Guan-Du, Cheng-Gong) as the project implementation areas. The screening population was selected through questionnaires and high-risk population models. Low-dose computed tomography(LDCT) was used in examinations. Re s ults From 2014 to 2017, a total of 127960 questionnaires were completed, and a total of23,843 people were screened out as high-risk groups for lung cancer, accounting for 18.6% of the total number of people screened. 7154 people completed low dose CT screening,34 cases of suspected lung cancer were found,and the detection rate of lung cancer was 0.47%. Conclus ion Low-dose computed tomography can improve the early detection rate of lung cancer. The risk of disease in people over 60 years old is higher than other ages.
