【摘要】 基于人类胚胎自身的内在价值与外在价值,人们应该承担起维护人类胚胎生命尊严的责任。在医疗活动中,这种尽责可以表现为人类胚胎的父母、其他近亲属、医务人员和社会公众成为人类胚胎的责任人并维护其生命尊严。因而,在成为严格意义上的"人"之前,抑或最终没有成为严格意义上的"人",人类胚胎的生命尊严都应该受到重视与适当维护。同时,人类胚胎自身的客观条件决定了其生命尊严需由他人代为捍卫。在可能出现的不同情况下,责任人之间的优势和劣势各异。以人类胚胎的父母——特别是胚胎的母亲作为核心责任人,充分听取其他亲属、医生以及作为社会公众代表的国家相关职能部门的建议,共同协商、群策群力,具体问题具体分析的做法能够大限度地维护胚胎的生命尊严。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the intrinsic and extrinsic value of human embryo itself,people should assume the responsibility of safeguarding the life dignity of human embryo. In medical activities,the parents of human embryos,other close relatives of human embryos,medical workers and the public become responsible persons of human embryos and safeguard their life dignity. Therefore,the human embryo’s life dignity should be paid attention to and properly maintained before it becomes a person or not in a strict sense in the end.At the same time,the objective conditions of human embryos themselves determine that their life dignity needs to be secured by others. The advantages and disadvantages of the responsible persons are different in different situations. The parents of human embryos,especially the mothers of embryos,are the core responsible persons. They should listen for the suggestions of other relatives,doctors and the relevant functional departments of the country as the representatives of the public. All parts involved should work together and analyze specific problems in specific situations so that the life dignity of embryos can be most appropriately safeguarded.更多还原
