【摘要】 金融小镇作为区域金融资源集聚和金融服务创新的重要空间载体,是在新的时期、新的发展阶段金融服务创新的有力探索。金融小镇通过聚集基金、银行、保险、担保等各类金融机构打造金融全产业链服务链条,助推当地经济转型升级,然而,由于金融小镇属于金融业和服务业的混合业态,各地普遍缺乏运营经验,国内金融小镇的发展定位、运营模式、赢利模式还处于探索阶段,没有成熟经验可以借鉴。文章基于对苏州高新区"苏州金融小镇"的深入调查研究,对"苏州金融小镇"运营发展过程中存在的问题进行剖析,以此为基础,对"苏州市金融小镇"将来的发展路径提出了相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important space carrier of regional financial resources gathering and financial service innovation,financial towns are a powerful exploration of financial service innovation in the new period and new development stage.Financial towns build service chains of the whole financial industry chain by gathering funds, banks, insurance,guarantees and other financial institutions, boost the transformation and upgrading of the local economy. However,financial towns belong to the mixed industry of financial industry and service industry, there is no good operational experience. The development orientation, operation mode and profit-making mode of financial towns in domestic are still in the exploratory stage, and there is no mature experience to draw lessons from. Based on the in-depth investigation and study of"Suzhou Finance Town"in Suzhou High-tech Zone, this paper analyses the problems existing in the operation and development of"Suzhou Finance Town"and puts forward the relevant suggestions about the future development path of"Suzhou Finance Town".更多还原
