基于工科院校背景下的基础医学实验教学改革实践

【摘要】 《药理学》、《人体解剖学》、《人体生理学》作为实践性很强的三门学科,是大药学专业最重要的必修基础医学课程。其实验教学具有与理论教学同样甚至更重要的地位。我们在总结多年教学实践的基础上,对三门课程实验教学进行了系列改革,基于学科知识交叉融合和渐进式提高教学观念,以《药理学》实验课为基础,将教学实验分为验证性操作实验、三位一体综合化实验、设计型实验和创新性实验。同时,改进考核模式。结果表明,教学改革使得实验课程设置更趋科学化,提升了学生学习兴趣,强化了学生分析解决问题及思维创新能力,教学效果良好。

【Abstract】 Pharmacology, human anatomy and human physiology are the three major courses with strong practicality,which are the most important basic life science courses for major pharmacy specialty. Their experimental teaching have the same or even more important status as theoretical teaching. On the basis of summing up years of teaching practice,Zhejiang University of Pharmacy has carried out a series of reforms in the experimental teaching of three courses. Based on the interdisciplinary knowledge system and progressive teaching philosophy, based on the pharmacological experiment class, Experimental courses are divided into classical verification operation experiment, Trinity integrated experiment, drug design experiment and drug innovation experiment. At the same time, the curriculum assessment model has been reformed. Our results shows that the teaching reform makes the curriculum more scientific and reasonable, the students ’interest in learning is greatly improved, to enhance the analyzing problems and creative capability. and the teaching effect is good.
