教学-教学实验-科研三位一体的学生培养模式的探究
Exploration of the Trinity of Teaching, Teaching, Experiment and Scientific Research in Student Training Model
【摘要】 "科学技术是第一生产力"的提出让大众意识到科研的重要性。医疗技术的进步得益于基础医学和临床医学的研究,大大减轻了病人的痛苦,提高了各种疾病的生存率;交通工具的发展得益于理工科的研究,极大的便利了人们的生活,改善了群众的生活质量;通信的发展得益于信息技术的研究,使人们的沟通效率大大的提高,加快了社会发展和人们的生活节奏。诸如此类的例子不胜枚举,各行各业的发展都离不开科研。如何从本科阶段做起,培养科研型人才是高校教师需要思考的问题。本文从国内高校教育现状出发,提出培养科研型人才的几点建议,以期能为科研型人才的培养提供思路。
【Abstract】 The proposal of " science and technology is the first productive force " makes the public realize the importance of scientific research [ 1 ]. The progress of medical technology benefits from the research of basic medicine and clinical medicine, which greatly alleviates the suffering of patients and improves the survival rate of various diseases; the development of transportation benefits from the research of science and engineering, which greatly facilitates people ’ s life and improves the quality of people ’ s life; and the development of communication benefits from information technology. Research has greatly improved people ’ s communication efficiency, accelerated social development and people ’ s rhythm of life. There are numerous examples of this kind, and scientific research is indispensable to the development of all walks of life. How to start from the undergraduate stage and train scientific research-oriented talents is a problem that university teachers need to think about. Starting from the current situation of higher education in China, this paper puts forward some suggestions on training scientific research-oriented talents in order to provide ideas for the training of scientific research-oriented talents.
