F综合评判在应用型本科院校教学评价体系中的应用研究
The Application study of F Comprehensive Evaluation Method in the Teaching Evaluation System of Application-oriented Undergraduate Education
【摘要】 针对目前应用型本科院校教师教学评价体系中存在的主观随意性问题,提出将模糊数学中的F综合评判法引入教学评价体系。F综合评判法首先根据教学质量评价调查表设置评价因素及评价类别,确定各因素及各类别的权重。其次利用实数加乘运算模型及F综合评判对数据进行分析处理,得到最终的评判矩阵。最后利用最大隶属度原则,给予教师教学质量客观、公平、全面的评价。通过利用模糊数学中的F综合评判法,给出教师合乎实际、公正合理的评价,使得评价过程客观公正,减少了评价结果的主观随意性。
【Abstract】 Targeted on the problem of the existence of subjectivity in the teaching evaluation system of application-oriented undergraduate education, the F comprehensive evaluation method in fuzzy mathematics is brought into the teaching evaluation system. This method firstly chooses evaluation factors and categories according to the teaching quality evaluation questionnaire and determines the weight of each factor and category. Secondly, data is processed and analysed by using real number addition and multiplication calculation model to obtain the final evaluation matrix. Lastly, maximum membership principle is employed to make an objective unbiased and comprehensive evaluation to the teaching system with less subjectivity in the result of evaluation.
