三维影像重建技术在胸外科规培生肺段解剖教学中的应用研究

【摘要】 肺段切除术是胸外科前沿技术之一,但因解剖结构复杂难以被理解和掌握。课题组利用三维影像重建技术对规培生进行肺段解剖的教学培训,并将采用普通CT扫描教学的学生作为对照组。教学结束后,采用临床考核和调查问卷分析效果。研究发现三维影像重建技术有助于规培生掌握肺段解剖结构,能提高其学习兴趣和临床思维能力。

【Abstract】 Lung segmentectomy is one of the frontier techniques in the department of thoracic surgery, but it is difficult to be mastered because of its complex anatomical structure. This study tried to use three-dimensional imaging reconstruction technology to teach the pulmonary segmental anatomy for standardization training residents. Besides, the ones accepted traditional teaching methods by using CT scan images were selected as a control group. After the end of teaching, clinical assessment and questionnaire were used to analyze the teaching effect. The study found that three-dimensional imaging reconstruction technology could help residents accept and master the anatomical structure of lung segments, and improve their learning interest and clinical thinking ability.
