【摘要】 知识和技术是创新活动的来源,通过技术并购获得知识和技术对于组织实现创新具有重要意义。文中以2008—2014年中小型制造企业技术并购数据为样本,运用面板数据随机效应模型,构建中小型制造企业技术并购与创新绩效的概念模型,同时首次探讨制度环境和行业竞争互动在中小型制造企业技术并购与创新绩效关系间的调节作用机制。实证研究发现:中小型制造企业技术并购能够显著正向影响企业创新绩效;在制度环境调节作用下,中小型制造企业技术并购会增强对创新绩效的正向影响;而在行业竞争互动的调节下,中小型制造企业技术并购会弱化其对创新绩效的正向影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Knowledge and technology are the sources of innovation activities.Obtaining knowledge and technology through external means such as technology acquisitions is of great significance for the organization to achieve innovation.This article,based on the sample of technology acquisitions data of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises from 2008 to 2014,used panel data random-effect method to construct the impact model of technology acquisitions and innovation performance of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.At the same time,it discussed the moderating role of institutional environment and industry competition interaction in the relationship between technology acquisitions and innovation performance.The empirical research found that:technology acquisition can significantly promote the innovation performance of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises;under the moderating of institutional environment,technology acquisitions will increase the positive impact on the innovation performance of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,and industry competition interaction will weaken the positive influence of innovation performance of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.更多还原
