TMT跨界行为对企业创新绩效的影响研究
The Impact of TMT Boundary-Spanning Behavior on Enterprise Innovation Performance
【摘要】 在以往学者对跨界行为研究的基础上,发现鲜有学者对TMT跨界行为与企业创新绩效的关系进行研究。文中运用层次回归模型分析研究TMT跨界行为对企业创新绩效的影响,研究从管理者角色理论的视角对TMT跨界行为进行创新性阐释,以位于长江三角洲地区12个城市的同行业117个企业的高管团队作为调查样本,共回收617份问卷,运用层次回归模型对473份有效数据进行描述性统计、聚合分析、固定模型分析以及相关性分析。实证研究了TMT跨界行为与企业创新绩效的关系,以及异质性知识在其中的中介作用,并在此基础上进一步从管理者角色理论的视角对TMT跨界三维度行为,即使节行为、协调行为、侦测行为间的关系进行深入研究。研究结果表明:TMT跨界行为与企业创新绩效存在显著的正相关关系,而且模型引入异质性知识变量后,TMT跨界行为与企业创新绩效的相关系数有明显提高,模型对比结果表明异质性知识在其中具有显著的部分中介作用,使节行为对协调行为有正向促进作用、协调行为对侦测行为有正向促进作用、侦测行为对使节行为有正向促进作用。
【Abstract】 Based on previous researches on boundary-spanning behavior,the paper found that few scholars have studied the relationship between TMT’s boundary-spanning behavior and corporate innovation performance. This paper uses hierarchical regression model to analyze the impact of TMT’s boundary-spanning behavior on corporate innovation performance. This study makes an innovative interpretation of TMT’s boundary-spanning behavior from the perspective of managerial role theory,with 117 in the same industry in 12 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region. As a sample of the survey,the company’s senior management team collected 617 questionnaires and used the hierarchical regression model to perform descriptive statistics,aggregate analysis,fixed model analysis and correlation analysis on 473 valid data. The empirical research on the relationship between TMT’s boundary-spanning behavior and corporate innovation performance,and the mediating role of heterogeneous knowledge were explored. And on this basis,further study were made from the perspective of managerial role theory on TMT boundary-spanning three-dimensional behavior,respectively,the ambassador behavior,coordination behavior,detection behavior. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between TMT’s boundary-spanning behavior and corporate innovation performance. After the model introduces heterogeneous knowledge variables,the correlation coefficient between TMT’s boundary-spanning behavior and firm’s innovation performance is significantly improved. The results show that the heterogeneity knowledge has a significant partial mediation effect,the ambassador behavior has a positive promotion effect on the coordination behavior,the coordination behavior has a positive promotion effect on the detection behavior,and the detection behavior has a positive promotion to the ambassador behavior.
