某绿色住宅小区污水源热泵系统应用分析
Application Analysis of Sewage Source Heat Pump System in Green Residential Quarters
【摘要】 绿色住宅小区可再生能源系统应用广泛,通过对绿色住宅小区进行实地调研,了解和掌握绿色住宅中污水源热泵系统实际运行的用能特点及相关耗能情况。对污水源热泵机组运行参数、电耗及室外气象参数进行监测,并分别从热泵系统运行性能、能耗情况及室内舒适度等方面进行数据处理和分析。研究表明,在供暖季,水泵的能耗占总耗电量的28.4%。系统能效比主要受室外温度和机组的运行状况影响,机组COP和系统EER在整个供暖季期间波动较剧烈,机组COP平均值为1.62,低于机组的额定COP,供暖季中期机组COP和系统EER变化趋势逐渐趋于稳定,机组EER平均值为1.52。为提升供暖季机组运行的稳定性,在系统运行过程中,应及时根据建筑负荷变化,来调整设备运行数量及参数,减少室外温度和机组运行状况带来的影响。
【Abstract】 The renewable energy system is widely used in the green residential areas. In order to understand and master the energy consumption characteristics and related energy consumption of the actual operation of the sewage source heat pump system in the green quarters, the green residential communities were researched by monitoring the operating parameters, power consumption and outdoor meteorological parameters of the sewage source heat pump unit. And the heat pump system operation performance, energy consumption and indoor comfort were also processed and analyzed. During the heating season it was shown that the energy consumption of the pump accounts for 28.4% of the total electricity consumption. The energy efficiency ratio of the system is mainly affected by the outdoor temperature and the operating conditions of the unit. The unit COP and system EER fluctuated drastically during the entire heating season, the average COP of the unit is 1.62, which is lower than the rated COP of the unit. During the heating season, the trend of COP and system EER in the medium-term unit gradually stabilized, and the average EER of the unit was 1.52. In order to improve the stability of the system operation of the heating season, the number and parameters of equipment operation are adjusted according to the changes of building load in time so as to reduce the impact caused by the outdoor temperature and unit operating conditions.
