可降解汽车尾气的环保型路面材料低温试验
Experiments on environmental friendly pavement material capable of degrading automobile exhaust at low temperature
【摘要】 为研究环保型材料纳米TiO2在低温条件下对汽车尾气的降解效果及在寒区道路路面上的适用性,制备密闭的气体反应室,选择合适的观测仪器,在-5℃、-10℃、-15℃温度下,60 min内连续观测HC、CO和NO三种气体的浓度变化,得到观测数据并分析气体的降解规律及降解率。结果表明:在低温条件下,纳米TiO2对汽车尾气中的有害气体HC、CO及NO具有较大幅度的降解,适合在寒区应用;纳米TiO2对NO气体的降解作用最显著,在30 min内大部分被降解,40 min后剩余小部分逐渐达到0 ppm,HC气体的降解率在28%~53%之间,降解效果明显,CO气体的降解率最小;不同低温条件下,纳米TiO2对HC、CO和NO三种气体的降解规律和趋势相同,温度的差别对降解率的影响并不显著。
【Abstract】 In order to study the degradation effect of environmentally friendly material nano-TiO2 on automobile exhaust under low temperature conditions and its applicability in cold roads, this paper prepared a closed gas reaction chamber and selected a suitable observation instrument. The concentration changes of HC, CO and NO gases were continuously observed within 60 min at-5 ℃,-10 ℃ and-15 ℃. Observed data were obtained and the degradation law and degradation rate of the gas were analyzed. The result showed that nano-TiO2 could degrade HC, CO and NO gases in automobile exhaust at low temperature, which was suitable for application in cold regions. Nano-TiO2 had the most significant degradation effect on NO gas, most of which was degraded within 30 min, and the remaining part gradually reached 0 ppm after 40 min. The degradation rate of HC gas was between 28 and 53%, and the degradation rate of CO gas was the smallest. Under different low temperature conditions, nano-TiO2 had the same degradation law and trend for HC, CO and NO gases, and the difference in temperature had no obviously impact on the degradation rate.
