协同产品创新系统的知识传播模型及其仿真研究
Knowledge Dissemination Model and Simulation of Collaborative Product Innovation System
【摘要】 针对协同产品创新系统(CPIS)知识传播的特征,从知识活动微观层面对CPIS知识传播机理进行研究。在分析CPIS知识传播过程及影响因素的基础上,借鉴SIS疫病传播思想,将知识传播影响因素抽象为知识传播过程中的参数变量,构建基于元胞自动机的K-SIS(knowledge-SIS)知识传播模型;以团队平均知识水平与知识水平标准差作为知识传播绩效的度量,仿真研究知识黏性、主体间信任度、团队协同关联强度以及知识遗忘等因素对知识传播过程的影响情况。为组织提高CPIS知识传播效率提供参考建议。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the characteristics of collaborative product innovation system(CPIS) knowledge dissemination, this paper studies the mechanism of CPIS knowledge dissemination on the micro level of knowledge activities. Through analyzing the process and impact factors of the CPIS knowledge dissemination, and consulting the SIS epidemic propagation, the paper extracts the parameter variables from the influence factors of knowledge dissemination process, and proposes the K-SIS model based on cellular automata for analyzing the knowledge dissemination of CPIS. Finally, measured by the average level of team’s knowledge and the standard deviation of knowledge level, the simulation is applied to analyze the impact upon the knowledge dissemination process by factors like knowledge stickiness, trust, team collaborative association intensity, knowledge forgetting, etc. The purpose of this study is to provide reference suggestions for the organizations to improve the efficiency of CPIS knowledge dissemination.
