【摘要】 在广东省实施创新驱动发展战略的背景下,以科技型中小企业为研究对象,梳理珠三角地区出台的促进企业技术创新的各项政策文件。采用编码分析方法分析各类政策工具的内容和特点,剖析当前政策体系中存在的问题,提出未来出台促进科技型中小企业技术创新政策时,应从长远谋划、系统布局,加强需求面政策的制定,注重知识产权保护和加强基础研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of implementing innovation-driven development strategy in Guangdong Province,this paper takes the small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology as the research object,and combs the policy documents issued in the Pearl River Delta region to promote the technological innovation of enterprises.The paper analyzes the contents and characteristics of all kinds of policy tools by using coding analysis method,analyzes the problems existing in the current policy system,and puts forward that when introducing the policy to promote the technological innovation of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises in the future,we should plan and layout the system in the long run,strengthen the formulation of demand-side policies,pay attention to the protection of intellectual property rights and strengthen basic research.更多还原
