【摘要】 分析农业高校科技成果入股的特征、主要方式、比例,并对科技成果入股过程存在的科技成果转化观念不强、评估作价不尽合理、利益分配难以确定、法律体系不完善等问题进行探讨,提出提高科技成果转化意识,发展中介评估体系、制定合理的利益分配机制、建立健全法律法规等相应对策,以期对农业高校科技成果入股有所借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the characteristics, main ways and proportions of the investment of scientific and technological achievements in agricultural universities. The problems in the process of the investment of scientific and technological achievements such as the poor concept of transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the unreasonable evaluation of the price, the difficulty of determining the distribution of interests and the imperfect legal system were discussed. The countermeasures are put forward such as improving the consciousness of transformation of scientific and technological achievements, developing an intermediary evaluation system, formulating a reasonable profit distribution mechanism, establishing and improving laws and regulations, and so on.
