【摘要】 研究成员在网络组织中贡献的测量问题,以成员重要度来表征网络组织各个成员的贡献,提出一类评价网络组织成员重要度的方法,在此基础上给出重要度评价的修正方法。首先分析网络组织成员重要度的内涵,制定成员重要度评价的原则,利用复杂网络分析方法提出一类网络组织成员重要度的评价方法,最后提出重要度评价的修正建议。该评价方法系统考虑了成员的局部重要性和全局重要性,并可结合影响因素进行调整,因而更为合理且更符合实际,具有评价方法的优良性质和通用分析特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, we study the measurement of members’ contribution in network organization, and use the member importance degree to characterize the contribution of each member of network organization, and propose a kind of method to evaluate the importance degree of network member. On this basis, a modified method of importance evaluation is given. Firstly, the connotation of membership importance of network organization is analyzed, and the principle of member important evaluation is established,a kind of evaluation method of important degree of network organization member is put forward by using complex network analysis method,finally, the amendment suggestion of importance degree evaluation is put forward. The evaluation method system takes into account the local importance and global importance of the members, can be adjusted in combination with the influencing factors, is more reasonable and more practical, and has the excellent properties and general analysis characteristics of the evaluation method.更多还原
