【摘要】 在"大众创业、万众创新"的时代背景下知识产权交易平台的重要性日益突出。首先梳理知识产权交易平台的相关文献;接着对国外知识产权交易服务公司的5种类型:传统的知识产权管理支持、知识产权交易服务、知识产权组合构建和许可、建立防御型专利组合/知识产权分享框架、基于知识产权的金融服务进行深入分析。研究提出,服务众创的知识产权交易平台兼有信息咨询、交易、融资和集成创新四大功能;同时应根据众创企业所处的生命周期阶段来提供相应的知识产权交易服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Intellectual property trading platform plays an important role in the era of mass innovation. Firstly, this paper provides a comprehensive literature review of intellectual property trading platform researches. Secondly,the paper conducts in-depth analysis to five categories of foreign intellectual property trading service companies:traditional intellectual property management support, intellectual property transaction services, intellectual property portfolio building and licensing, establishment of a defensive patent portfolio/intellectual property sharing framework,intellectual property based financial services. Finally, it concludes that the main functions of the intellectual property trading platform are information consultation, transaction, financing and integrated innovation. We should provide corresponding service according to the life cycle stage of mass innovation enterprises.更多还原
