【摘要】 新课改不仅对小学学科教学提出了新要求,同时也对小学教学管理工作开展提出了新要求。固有的小学教学管理理念、模式与方式方法的实际有效性正在不断降低,教学创新层面创新性同实际有效性提升的紧迫感也越发明显。通过对部分小学教学管理工作开展状况进行分析可以发现,一些明显的管理客观存在。本文将对小学教学管理工作中存在的问题进行分析,并结合具体问题提出应对方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new curriculum reform not only puts forward new requirements for primary school subject teaching, but also puts forward new requirements for the development of primary school teaching management.
