【Abstract】 Objective: To explore and think about the way to deepen the teaching reform of clinical pharmacy undergraduate course theory based on case assessment and case-based clinical pharmacy undergraduate clinical practice model. Methods: To summarize and reflect on the merits and demerits of the case teaching mode in the undergraduate education of clinical pharmacy, and to improve the clinical pharmacy education. Results: Differentiated case model was used in theory and practice teaching. Establish the clinical practice mode of cooperation between school and hospital.
