【摘要】 目的:了解本学院不同实习医院本科护生临床实习满意度的状况。方法:采用问卷调查法对7所三级甲等综合医院实习的120名本科护生进行临床实习满意度调查。结果:7家实习医院总体评分结果显示,总体带教满意度为(4.19±0.76)分,3个维度从高到低依次为临床带教为(20.74±3.21)分、教学环境(19.16±3.60)分,教学管理为(16.34±2.71)分;不同科室满意度评分分别为内科(17.73±2.26)分、外科(17.64±2.22)分、妇产科(17.31±2.35)分、儿科(16.96±2.55)分。结论:各实习医院均能满足学生的实习需求,但应重视护理实践教学环境,加强教学管理,以提高实习效果,稳定护生的职业稳定性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical practice satisfaction of undergraduate nursing students among different training hospitals. Methods All of 120 undergraduate nursing students in seven training hospitals were selected as the subjects to be investigated the clinical practice satisfaction. Results The score of the overall teaching satisfaction of seven training hospital is(4.19±0.76) points. The scores of three dimensions are(20.74±3.21) points for clinical teaching,(19.16±3.60) points for teaching environment,(16.34±2.71) points for teaching management, independently. Among different departments, the score for internal medicine is(17.73±2.26) points, surgery(17.64±2.22) points, obstetrics and gynecology(17.31±2.35) points, and pediatrics(16.96±2.55) points. Conclusions All of the hospitals can meet the demand of students’ practice. However, they should pay more attention to teaching environment and teaching management, in order to improve the practice effect and stable career stability of nursing students.更多还原
