【Abstract】 Cadre education and training is a major guarantee for the construction of the cadre contingent. With the promotion of work, new demands have been gradually put forward. Relying on the existing education curriculum system and teachers, the resources of continuing education in Colleges and universities, with the advantages of relatively complete organizational network and diversified teaching methods, provide a platform for lifelong learning, innovative education and personality development for cadre training, and become an important part of cadre training. How to meet the needs of cadres’ continuing education in the new era, which is conducive to the growth of cadres’ quality, the harmonious development of society, and how to integrate the present continuing education cause with cadres’ training needs to enable them to innovate, develop and be practical and strong has become a new topic.
