【摘要】 产业转型升级对经济发展有着很重要的作用。黑龙江省素有"老工业基地"之称,为国家经济建设发展提供了丰富的石油、煤炭、木材和粮食等资源,也是全国农业粮食产地之一,但由于长期的老工业发展模式,近年来,黑龙江省经济发展缓慢,农业基础薄弱,基础设施相对滞后。针对黑龙江省产业结构的问题和发展现状,结合了黑龙江省的特点,运用区位优势及"一带一路"对外贸易政策对黑龙江省的产业结构进行调整升级,打造战略性新兴产业,并提出黑龙江省产业转型升级的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Industrial transformation and upgrading play an important role in economic development. Heilongjiang Province is known as the "old industrial base". It provides rich oil, coal, timber and grain resources for national economic construction and development. It is also one of the agricultural grain producing areas in China. However, due to the long-term old industrial development model, in recent years, the economy of Heilongjiang Province has fallen sharply, and the agricultural base has declined sharply. The foundation is weak and the infrastructure lags behind. Aiming at the problems and development status of Heilongjiang’s industrial structure, combined with the characteristics of Heilongjiang Province, we have adjusted and upgraded the industrial structure of Heilongjiang Province by using location advantage and the foreign trade policy of all directions, and created a number of new strategic emerging industries, and put forward countermeasures for Heilongjiang’s industrial transformation and upgrading.更多还原
