基于SNA的创意产业集群创新网络知识流动路径分析——以葫芦岛市泳装创意产业集群为例
Analysis of Knowledge Flow Path in Innovation Network of Creative Industry Cluster Based on SNA
【摘要】 为了提高创意产业集群创新水平,利用社会网络分析方法,基于关系网络视角构建创意产业集群创新网络知识传播互动模型。设计问卷并进行访谈调查,以兴城市阿里巴巴实力产业群园区为例,运用UCINET软件对网络密度、网络中心势、中心性、核心-边缘结构等指标进行量化分析。研究表明知识流动创新网络密度相对较低,存在核心-边缘结构;龙头创意企业作为意见领袖处于网络核心位置,新成立的创意企业处于边缘位置;行业协会和技术服务机构处于次级核心位置;人际关系、声誉较好的创意企业位于结构洞位置扮演中间人角色;知识从核心处经由中间人传播到其他创意企业,并以小团体形式流动。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the innovation level of creative industry cluster, the interactive model of knowledge dissemination in creative industry cluster innovation network is constructed from the perspective of relationship network by using social network analysis method. Questionnaires are designed and interviews are conducted. Taking Alibaba Strength Industrial Park in Xingcheng City as an example, UCINET software is used to quantitatively analyze the network density,network centrality, cohesion, centrality, core-edge structure. The research shows that the density of knowledge flow innovation network is relatively low, and there is a core-edge structure. As opinion leaders, leading creative enterprises are in the core position of the network, and the members of newly established creative enterprises are in the marginal position.Industry associations and technical service institutions are in the secondary core position. Creative enterprises with good interpersonal relationship and reputation play the role of intermediary in the position of structural hole. Knowledge is disseminated from the core to other creative enterprises through intermediaries and flows in small groups.
