【摘要】 生鲜电商平台的迅猛发展,在有效解决生鲜农产品流转和销路同时,也带来了种种食品安全乱像。本文基于信息生态理论,构建了生鲜电商平台的食品安全信息生态系统,剖析了系统生态失衡、食品安全问题泛滥的成因及表现最后,给出生鲜电商平台的食品安全信息生态优化策略,并提出应对措施。本文建议通过把好信息源头准入关、信息市场准出关、信息消费入口关、全程质量监管关及提升系统"软"、"硬"生态环境等措施,实现信息生产—信息传递—信息消费、信息环境—信息监管—信息净化等的动态平衡,达到有效解决生鲜电商平台食品安全问题的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 with the rapid development of fresh e-commerce platform, it effectively solves the circulation and sales of fresh agricultural products at the same time, resulting in a variety of food safety chaos is also exposed.
