生鲜电商平台食品安全信息生态失衡及优化研究
Study on Ecological Imbalance and Optimization of Food Safety Information on Fresh E-commerce Platform
【摘要】 生鲜电商平台的迅猛发展,在有效解决生鲜农产品流转和销路同时,也带来了种种食品安全乱像。本文基于信息生态理论,构建了生鲜电商平台的食品安全信息生态系统,剖析了系统生态失衡、食品安全问题泛滥的成因及表现最后,给出生鲜电商平台的食品安全信息生态优化策略,并提出应对措施。本文建议通过把好信息源头准入关、信息市场准出关、信息消费入口关、全程质量监管关及提升系统"软"、"硬"生态环境等措施,实现信息生产—信息传递—信息消费、信息环境—信息监管—信息净化等的动态平衡,达到有效解决生鲜电商平台食品安全问题的目的。
【Abstract】 with the rapid development of fresh e-commerce platform, it effectively solves the circulation and sales of fresh agricultural products at the same time, resulting in a variety of food safety chaos is also exposed. This paper creatively introduces the information ecology theory into the food safety research of fresh e-commerce platform, constructs the food safety information ecosystem of fresh e-commerce platform, and analyzes the causes and manifestations of the imbalance of ecosystem ecology and the overflow of food safety problems. Based on this, puts forward fresh electric business platform of food safety information ecological optimization strategy, suggested by the good source of information access,information market must through the quality and regulatory clearance of entrance, information consumption, and improve the system of "soft" and "hard" measures such as ecological environment, realize information production, information transmission, information consumption, information environment, information control, purification of dynamic balance,electric business platform to effectively solve the fresh food safety problems.
