【摘要】 [目的]了解急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后的心理状态,探讨双心护理在急性心肌梗死PCI术后I期心脏康复中的应用效果。[方法]采用便利抽样方法选取某三级甲等医院心内科收住的急性心肌梗死患者且行急诊PCI治疗,共57例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实行双心护理干预,比较两组患者出院前后焦虑、抑郁评分情况。[结果]观察组通过双心护理干预后焦虑、抑郁评分比对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。[结论]双心护理能改善急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后焦虑、抑郁情绪。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the psychological status of patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI and to explore the application effect of dual-heart nursing in phase Ⅰ cardiac rehabilitation after PCI for acute myocardial infarction.[Methods]Sing convenience sampling method to select level of first-class hospital affiliated to a university in henan province of cardiology and underwent emergency PCI in patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital treatment, a total of 57 cases, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group adopted routine nursing care, observation group on the basis of conventional nursing practice double heart nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients discharged from hospital anxiety and depression scores before and after.[Results] The anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Dual-heart nursing can improve anxiety and depression in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.更多还原
