奥扎格雷甲酯的纯度测定
Purity testing of Ozagrel methyl ester reference
【摘要】 [目的]确定奥扎格雷甲酯的结构和测定纯度的方法。[方法]采用紫外分光光度法和红外光谱法确认奥扎格雷甲酯的结构,采用容量法和色谱法测定奥扎格雷甲酯的纯度。[结果]样品的紫外谱图在283 nm有最大吸收峰,红外吸收图谱在2 950、1 710、1 282、1 083 cm-1有特征吸收峰,用容量法测定奥扎格雷甲酯的纯度为98.52%,用高效液相色谱法测定奥扎格雷甲酯的纯度,检测波长从210 nm到360 nm,纯度从94.886 3%到100%。[结论]通过光谱法确证该化合物为奥扎格雷甲酯,通过比较容量法和高效液相色谱法对奥扎格雷甲酯纯度的检测结果,表明使用容量法测定奥扎格雷甲酯的纯度较为合适。
【Abstract】 [Objective]Determination of the purity of the reference methyl Ozagrel. [Methods]Were using ultraviolet spectrophotometry, infrared spectroscopy, and chromatography capacity for self-methyl Ozagrel reference structure and purity were detected. [Results]The UV spectrum with a maximum absorption peak at 282 nm, infrared absorption peaks at 2 950, 1 710, 1 282, 1 083 cm-1 characteristic absorption peaks, Ozagrel capacity detecting method purity 98.52% methyl; but with the HPLC purity of methyl ozagrel different wavelengths at different purity detected, the detection wavelength was 210 nm to 360 nm, with a purity of 94.8863%~100%. [Conclusion]This can be learned by the experimental drugs to Ozagrel methyl purity of 97.61%.
