高速逆流色谱技术的应用研究进展
Application and recent development of high-speed countercurrent chromatography
【摘要】 高速逆流色谱技术(HSCCC)因其结果物纯净、制备量大、技术成本低等优点,正在发展成为一种备受关注的新型液液分配色谱分离纯化技术,广泛应用于天然药物有效成分的分离及制备、中药活性成分指纹图谱的分析、食品色素等添加剂的分离与制备,以及蛋白质等方面的分离与纯化等领域。通过查阅文献,论述HSCCC在天然药物、中药、食品、蛋白质等方面的应用及发展现状。HSCCC具有高回收率、高制备量、高纯度、高活性保留、低试剂消耗等优点,在科学研究过程中具有很好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Through the literature, expositing the principles and characteristics of High Speed Counter-Current Chromatography(HSCCC), and focusing on the status of its application and development in natural medicine, Chinese herbology, food and other aspects of protein. HSCCC is a new kind of liquid-liquid partition chromatography technique, used for isolation and preparation of effective components of natural medicine preparation, analysis of the active ingredient in traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint, isolation and preparation of pigments and other additives in food, separation and purification of protein, and other aspects. With the high recovery, high levels of preparation, high purity, high activity retention, low reagent consumption and other advantages, HSCCC has a good prospect in the scientific process.
