【Abstract】 In recent years, as an important part of the overall deepening of reform, the construction of think tanks in China has shown a kind of growing force like a prairie fire. However, the construction of think tanks is not supposed to be enthusiastic about form dissemination and quantity expansion only, but also focused on content construction and quality improvement.
