常规杀虫剂组合对草地贪夜蛾的防治效果及其经济性评价

【摘要】 比较7种常规杀虫剂组合对玉米田草地贪夜蛾的防效、喇叭口受害率以及用药经济性关系。表明了乙基多杀菌素SC+苏云金杆菌SC、甲维盐EC+苏云金杆菌SC和甲维盐EC+虱螨脲EC这3种组合,对草地贪夜蛾防效较好,14 d后,对低龄幼虫防效达93.7%~95.69%,高龄幼虫防效达93.49%~97.07%。乙基多杀菌素SC+苏云金杆菌SC、甲维盐EC+苏云金杆菌SC、甲维盐EC+虱螨脲EC和氯氰·辛硫磷EC+虱螨脲EC等组合,在药后14 d喇叭口受害率显著降低,仅8.33%~11.67%。对防效和植株止损投入比分析认为,考虑用药经济性,推荐氯氰·辛硫磷EC+虱螨脲EC的处理组合,能获得较好的防效;在防治预算充足条件下,推荐甲维盐EC+苏云金杆菌SC、苏云金杆菌SC和甲维盐EC+虱螨脲EC能达到更好地防治目标。

【Abstract】 Control efficacy, whorl injury rate, and insecticides costs of 7 insecticide combinations using for control fall armyworm, Spodoptera frugiperda, was compared in corn field. The results showed that spinetoram 60 g/L SC+Bacillus thuringiensis 8 000 IU/μL SC, avermectin benzoate 5% EC+B.thuringiensis 8 000 IU/μL SC, and avermectin benzoate 5% EC+ lufenuron 20% EC had the better control efficacy to S. frugiperda. Their control efficacy was 93.7%~95.69% on lower instar larvae and 93.49%~97.07% on higher instar larvae at day 14 after treatment. Meanwhile, spinetoram 60 g/L SC+B.thuringiensis 8 000 IU/μL SC, avermectin benzoate 5% EC+B.thuringiensis 8 000 IU/μL SC, avermectin benzoate 5% EC+lufenuron 20% EC, and beta-cypermethrin 1.5% EC& phoxim 18.5% EC+lufenuron 20% EC had significant lower whorl injury rate at day 14 after treatment, which was 8.33%~11.67%. The comparison of control efficacy and insecticide cost showed that 1.5% beta-cypermethrin & 18.5% phoxim EC+ lufenuron 20% EC should be recommend as lack of finances for control this insect. Moreover, avermectin benzoate 5% EC+B.thuringiensis 8 000 IU/μL SC, B.thuringiensis 8 000 IU/μL SC, and avermectin benzoate 5% EC+Lufenuron 20% EC will be recommend and would attain a better control efficacy as sufficient control funds exist.
