【摘要】 千斤拔始载于《植物名实图考》,为岭南地区常用药,多以蔓性千斤拔 Flemingia prostrata Roxb.f.ex Roxb.的根入药,易与同属植物大叶千斤拔、球穗千斤拔等混用,主要有祛风除湿,强筋壮骨的功效;民族医药则认为其根、茎都可入药,除能祛风除湿,强筋壮骨外,还能健脾消食,调经止血。通过查阅、整理历代有关千斤拔的古今本草记载,对千斤拔的始载本草、名称、混淆品及药用历史进行系统分析研究,为千斤拔的合理开发和利用提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Flemingia prostrata binginning is contained in the "zhiwu mingshi tukao",commonly used in Lingnan area,which is mostly rooted in the roots of Flemingia prostrata Roxb.f.ex Roxb.It is easy to confused with the same plant,the Moghania macrophylla(Willd.) O.Kuntze,Flemingia strobilifera R.Br.ex Ait.,mainly dispelling wind and eliminating dampness,strengthening tendons and bones;national medicine deems that its roots and stems can be used as medicine,in addition to dispelling wind and eliminating dampness,strengthening tendons and bones,but also spleen digestion,menstruation and hemostasis.Through systematic review and research on the ancient and modern Flemingia prostrata records of the past generations,to analysis the origin,the name,the confusing product and the medicinal history of Flemingia prostrata.systematically.These give credence to the theory of the development and utilization on Flemingia prostrata.更多还原
