【摘要】 随着城市化的迅速发展,噪声问题已经成为严重影响居住生活质量的污染因素,长期接触城市噪声会导致烦躁和失眠、造成儿童学习障碍、增加心脑血管疾病的发病率等。欧洲各国借助于智慧城市技术平台,对海量噪声数据进行收集和分析,探索出许多新方法应用于城市噪声管理中,并取得了较多进展。文章就其中的三种方法进行探讨和分析,分别是基于智能手机的噪声评估,实时变化的动态噪声地图,以及城市环境中的声景改善,以期望为我国所借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of urbanization, noise has become a serious pollution factor affecting the quality of life. Long-term exposure to urban noise can lead to restlessness and insomnia, cause learning disabilities in children, and increase the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. With the help of smart city technology platform, European countries collect and analyze a large amount of noise data, explore many new methods for urban noise management, and have made considerable progress.
