【摘要】 选取十个国内典型城市中心商住街区案例,分析街区内交通类型。街区内部道路交通分为:对外型交通、区内连接型交通、组团内服务型交通。以此将街区内道路分为三类:区内对外道路、区级连接道路、组团级服务道路。进一步研究发现组团级服务道路在城市中心商住街区内部道路功能体系中占有重要地位,归纳不同类型组团级服务道路规划要点,建立城市中心商住区内部有序的道路功能体系。最后以长沙万达广场中心商住区为例优化街区内部道路,加强研究的应用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The case of ten residential and commercial districts in typical urban centers in China is selected to analyze the types of traffic in the district. The road traffic inside the block is divided into: external traffic, connected traffic in the district, and service traffic within the group. In this way, the roads in the block are divided into three categories: the external roads in the district, the district-level connecting roads, and the group-level service roads. Further research found that the group-level service roads occupy an important position in the internal road function system of commercial and residential blocks in urban centers, summarizing the key points of different types of group-level service road planning, and establishing an orderly road function system within the urban center commercial and residential areas. Finally, take the commercial and residential area in the center of Changsha Wanda Plaza as an example to optimize the internal roads of the block and strengthen the application of research.更多还原
