【摘要】 目的探讨双相情感障碍患者的中医证素特点。方法根据中医证素标准,对符合双相情感障碍诊断标准的174例双相情感障碍患者的症状特点、中医证素分布规律进行研究,以确定该病的中医病机。结果双相情感障碍的常见症状有善忘、情绪抑郁、烦躁易怒、烦躁不安等,病位类证素有心、肝、脾、胃、肾,病性类证素有火热、阴虚、气滞、气虚、痰。结论双相情感障碍中医病性类要素以火热为主,主要病位类要素在心、肝。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics of syndrome elements of bipolar affective disorder patients. Methods According to associated standard in traditional and western medicine, the TCM symptoms of 174 patients with bipolar affective disorder were collected and investigated. Results Amnesia, depressed mood, irascibility, fidgety, etc. were common symptoms of bipolar affective disorder patients; Heart, liver, spleen,stomachand kidney were syndrome elements of disease location. Heat, yin deficiency, qi stagnation, qi deficiency, phlegm were syndrome elements of disease character. Conclusion Main syndrome element of disease character in bipolar affective disorder is heat, and main syndrome elements of disease location are heart and liver.更多还原
