【Abstract】 Maslow’s Hierarchy Theory is a psychological perspective to explore human behavior and reveal the five levels of human’s potential needs, which provides a reasonable explanation for human behavior. The sense of responsibility of medical staff is the syndrome of the relationship between doctors and patients. As the specific object of the theory,the medical staff,as the distribution and extent of the level to be satisfied to discuss the cause of their weak sense of responsibility,and then put forward ways and methods to enhance the responsibility of medical staff,so as to ease the contradiction between doctors and patients and build a socialist harmonious society.更多还原
