【Abstract】 The"Urban develepment funding" Programme is commonly recognized als the earliest central and local co-financing project in Germany.Through the anylasis of the practice of this Programme and the under-operated programme "Protection of the Urban Architectural Heritage",we can find several main features,to which the success of the programme arributed:the simultaneous development of heritage management and urban renewal,more stress on the coordination of regional development,clear division of authorities and responsibilities of government departments at all levels,definite and well-established complementary laws,awareness of the balance between public interest and private property,consciousness on the sustainble develepment of urban architectural heritage,etc..These contributed to the successes of the above-mentioned programme and are therefore good models for the implementation of similar large-scale projects in China.更多还原
